STANDARD DUTY OIL COOLER KIT:
This kit allows you to add an OEM XTREME type Oil Cooler to any Xtreme and other similar type "C" Series engines. Comes with OEM Style hoses, clamps, right side head cover, fitttings and cooler. Engine Head cover/Hose adaptor may require modification on NON-XTREME Engines. May require adding a frame bracket for mounting of the cooler on some units.

This kit allows you to add or upgrade to a HEAVY DUTY Oil Cooler on any Xtreme and most other "C" Series engines. Comes with hoses, clamps and cooler. May require a bracket to be added to the frame for wounting of the cooler. Comes with braded steel lines , AN fittings, Mounting Brackets, gaskets and more. Cooler has 50% more capacity than the stock Xtreme oil cooler.

WHY IS THIS COOLER SUPERIOR TO A BILLET COOLER?
The XTREME 200982 cooler is a multi-row cooler that passes oil simultaneously through thin aluminum tubes with furnace welded cooling fins. The hot oil is in close contact with the thin tube walls. This allows large quantities of heat to rapidly transfer into the surrounding air. Billet Coolers are sturdy, since they are constructed of thick aluminum they are really only good as heat sinks. Billet coolers transfer heat to the air very slowly and are much less efficient that tube and fin coolers. Ask yourself this, did you ever see a race car with a Billet oil cooler? Billet coolers are very inexpensive to manufacture and make extremely poor heat exchangers. Buy the best, get an XTREME High Performance Cooler, your engine will love you for it!

HEAVY DUTY BILLET ALUMINUM CLUTCH HOUSING:
This RED Anodized Billet Clutch housing is designed for any engine using our 200953A Manual Clutch Kit or any Auto-CLutch engine that experiences extended high RPM operation. 200361A is for Auto clutch and 200361M is for manual clutch. Both are machined from solid 7075-T6 billet aluminum and intended for engines which have bore kits or other serious modifications. The Cast OEM Clutch hub can burst at between 9000 and 10000 rpm. Modified engines routinely operate in this RPM range, don't take a chance with your engine. For engines with clutch mounted on the crankshaft, NOT for TY125 Dual Clutch engines.
